Sweet breakfast bacon. Wow. Goes great with scrambled eggs or pancakes. Ingredients:
2 pounds canadian back bacon (also called peameal bacon) |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 tsp. dry mustard |
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice |
Directions:
1. Place bacon in a shallow roasting pan. 2. Combine sugar, mustard and pineapple juice. Spread mixture over bacon. 3. Bake, uncovered, at 325ºF for 1 hour, basting with the pan juices every 15 minutes. |
