1 1/2-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried thyme |
nonstick cooking spray |
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt |
2 tablespoons nonfat milk |
1/8 teaspoon white pepper |
2 tablespoons onion powder |
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Spray a 13x9x2 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Arrange the chicken in the dish. 3. Brush lightly with the milk. 4. In a small bowl mix onion powder, thyme, garlic salt, white pepper, red pepper, and black pepper; sprinkle over chicken. 5. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes. |
