Baked Butternut & Sweet Potatoes |

Easy side dish that is smoky, sweet and savory. Great served with pork chops or roast. Simple and elegant. Ingredients:
1 cup sweet potato, peeled and diced |
1/2 cup butternut squash, peeled and diced |
2 tablespoons butter |
3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled |
2 tablespoons rosemary, minced |
1 tablespoon maple syrup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. 2. Toss squash and potatoes with remaining ingredients. 3. Bake 40 minutes or at 375°F for 20 minutes. 4. Stir halfway through baking. |
