I love this recipe and make it often. It's easy but so full of taste. Hope you enjoy it as much as wel do. Ingredients:
1 medium sized white onion |
20 ounces unsalted butter |
1 pound carrots coarsely grated |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
5 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Chop onion finely then fry gently in butter until pale gold. 2. Add grated carrots and salt and mix well. 3. Transfer to small baking dish then add water and cover. 4. Bake in center of 350 oven for 45 minutes. |
