I don't recall where I found this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken, drumettes (about 24) |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
2 tablespoons red pepper sauce |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
blue cheese dipping sauce (#445076 ) |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. Line jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch, with Aluminum foil. Remove skin from chicken. Mix honey, ketchup, pepper sauce and worcestershire sauce in plastic bag with zipper top. Add chicken. Seal bag and refrigerate 15 minutes, turning ocassionally. 2. Prepare Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce. 3. Place chicken in pan; sprinkle with paprika. Bake about 30 minutes or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. 4. Serve with sauce. |
