this is a quick side dish to add to your thanksgiving day table. Or any table. Ingredients:
1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved |
o 4 small red onions, cut into wedges |
o 2 tablespoons olive oil |
o 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves |
o 1 teaspoon kosher salt |
o 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
o 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar |
Directions:
1. Directions: 2. Preheat oven to 425F. 3. Toss Brussels sprouts and onions together with oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper, and arrange in 1 layer on 2 shallow baking sheets. 4. Roast in middle of oven, stirring occasionally, until spouts are golden brown, about 20 minutes. 5. Toss with cider vinegar and season with additional salt and pepper as desired. |
