A family and church favorite!
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) can beef consomme soup
1 (8 ounce) can french onion soup
0.75 (8 ounce) can water
1 1/2 cups rice
1/2 cup butter
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Bring soups and water to a boil.
2. Pour rice into 9x13 dish.
3. Slice butter and place over the top of the rice.
4. Pour soups over rice. Cover with foil.
5. Bake 45 minutes at 350.
