2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 egg |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 cup molasses |
3/4 cup buttermilk |
1/2 cup nuts |
1/2 cup raisins |
Directions:
1. sift dry ingredients. 2. beat eggs 3. add molasses. 4. add sour milk 5. add dry ingredients. 6. smooth out 7. DO NOT beat 8. add raisins and nuts. 9. pour into well greased loaf pan bake in 350 degree oven until shrinks from pan and tooth pick comes out clean 10. im guessing 45 minutes no time given. |
