Even kids will eat spinach and broccoli,and ask for seconds.Add this to your menu. Ingredients:
2 (10 oz.)pkg.frozen chopped broccoli,thawed. |
2 (10 oz.)pkg.frozen chopped spinach,thawed and drained. |
2 (10 3/4oz.)cans cream of chicken soup. |
4 large eggs,lightly beaten |
1 large sweet onion,diced. |
2 cups (8 oz.)sharp chedder cheese,shredded. |
1 cup hellman's mayonase |
1 tsps. salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp.garlic powder. |
36 crushed ritz crackers |
Directions:
1. Stir togeter first of10 ingrediants in a large bowl until combined. 2. Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased 13 X 9 inch casserole. 3. Sprinkle evenly with crushed crackers. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until set. 5. Serves 12-16. |
