Baked Broccoli And Cauliflower |

Again from the South! The people I met did NOT count calories. And that was a GOOD thing!!! (of course, this would be great with cooked FRESH veggies) Ingredients:
1 pkg chopped broccoli |
1 pkg cauliflower |
1/4 lb. velveeta cheese |
1 stick butter |
1 row of ritz crackers, crushed |
Directions:
1. Cook broccoli and cauliflower according to directions and drain. 2. Melt butter and cheese together on low heat. 3. Layer in a dish: the crackers, broccoli, cauliflower then cheese mixture. 4. Repeat all of these again. 5. Cover top of casserole with cracker crumbs. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
