An absolutely delicious appetizer that company rave about every time. Ingredients:
14 ounce brie round |
1/4 c. brown sugar |
1/3 c. amaretto |
1/2 c. sliced or chopped almonds |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl mix brown sugar, Amaretto and almonds together.
2. Place brie round on parchment paper in a shallow oven safe dish.
3. Pour Amaretto mixture over brie and bake in 300° oven until brie warms through……about 15-20 minutes.
4. Slide parchment paper out onto serving platter and serve with sliced baguette, crackers or apples.
