This recipe is frm the Easy Dips & Nibbles cookbook. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks good! Ingredients:
2 (125 g) brie cheese |
1/2 cup sliced almonds |
corn chips |
Directions:
1. Cut the rind from the top of each brie.Place on a baking tray. Cover top of cheese with almonds. 2. Bak in a moderate oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is warm and runny. Serve immediately with cornchips. |
