I make this sometime mostly on sundays when I'm off, and too tired to cook big breakfast meal lol. I made this when I was in Highschool and make it on weekends for me and my parents. Ingredients:
8 eggs |
1 c. milk |
2 c. bread, cubed |
2 c. sausage, cooked, diced |
2 c. ham, cooked, diced |
2 c. mushrooms, chopped |
1 c. bacon, cooked, crumbled |
2 c. shredded cheese |
1 c. onion, chopped |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredient. 2. Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. 3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until tester comes out clean (when eggs done) |
