                    A delicious start to the day that can be baked or microwaved. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 cup unsweetened applesauce (or oil/melted butter)  |  
                                                1/2 cup splenda brown sugar blend (or 1 cup regular brown sugar)  |  
                                                6 cups quick oats  |  
                                                4 tsp. baking powder  |  
                                                1 tsp salt  |  
                                                2 cups milk  |  
                                                1 cups raisins  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Cream together first 3 ingredients. 2. Add all the rest of the ingredients to the mixture. 3. Bake in 10x10 or 9x13 pan at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Can be mixed the night before, and eggs (2) can be omitted. 4. Microwave: 5. Combine melted butter, 2/3 cu brown sugar & eggs. Add remaining ingredients using only 1/2 c. milk. Place in 1 1/2 qt dish. Microwave on full power for 6-7 minutes. Stir several times.                              |
