Quick baked beef stroganoff. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1 small onion, diced |
0.75 (12 ounce) package medium egg noodles, uncooked |
1 (12 ounce) package frozen mushrooms |
1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
Directions:
1. In large skillet, brown ground beef, drain. 2. Add diced onions, stir on med low for 5 minutes. 3. In same skillet, layer UNCOOKED noodles over the beef and onion. Next layer is the frozen mushrooms. 4. Mix soup, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk & garlic powder. Pour over the top of noodles and mushrooms. 5. Cover and bake at 350F for 1 hour. Noodles are al dente. |
