BAKED BEEF STEW This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Pillar Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1988.
Ingredients:
6 small whole potatoes
6 small whole onions
6 carrots
1 pound stewing beef
12 ounce can cream of chicken soup
12 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in covered dish and mix well.
2. Cover and bake at 350 for 3 hours.
