1 1/2 lbs beef |
2 slices bacon |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
2 eggs |
salt and pepper |
3 hard-boiled eggs |
Directions:
1. mince the beef, add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper, minced bacon, the hard boiled eggs, chopped and 2 beaten eggs. 2. mould into a long sausage and bake in a slow oven for 3 hours. |
