Baked Beef & Italian Sausage Meatballs |

This came from Need A Recipe Call . I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 lb sweet italian sausage, removed from casing |
1 egg |
1 small onion, diced |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup fine italian style breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine ground beef with italian sausage and mix well. Add beaten egg, onion, salt, pepper and seasoned bread crumbs. Mix together and shape into meatballs - about 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 round. 2. Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking pan or casserole dish; Bake, uncovered, at 375ยบ for 30 to 35 minutes. Drain off fat before serving. |
