A different method of preparing soup. Ingredients:
3 cups water |
3 medium potatoes, cubed |
14 1/2 ounces stewed tomatoes |
1 medium onion, chopped |
2 large carrots, chopped |
1/2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained |
1/4 cup celery |
1/4 cup long grain rice, uncooked |
2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Transfer to an ungreased oven proof baking dish. 3. Cover and bake at 350F for l 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender. |
