Directions:
1. Drain 1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added kidney or pinto beans. Combine drained beans, 3 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes, and 1/4 cup barbecue sauce in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Uncover, and cook 5 additional minutes. |
