Ingredients:
8 slice(s) bacon |
1 onion chopped |
1/2 green pepper chopped |
3 can(s) large pork and beans |
3/4 cup(s) barbecue sauce |
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar |
1/4 cup(s) cider vinegar |
2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. In iron skillet fry bacon til half cooked then remove. Saute onion and pepper in skillet fro about 5 minutes. Add beans and remaining ingredients to skillet and simmer. Then pour into pyrex dish, top with bacon and bake for 2 hours. Let stand to thicken. |
