This is from Obesity Help. I have not tried this, just posting for future use. Ingredients:
35 -50 ounces pork and beans (3-4 cans) |
1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon prepared mustard |
1/2 cup low carb catsup |
1/2 cup sugar-free maple syrup (steels recommended) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. 2. Mix all ingredients well and bake 45-50 min at 350 till bubbly. |
