Bean dip baked to add a fluffy texture; its a bean dip with a twist. Choose your bean to suit your style. I used white beans, yum! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 cup chopped onion |
2 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon white pepper |
1 (16 ounce) can beans |
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar |
1/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Saute onions, garlic, garlic salt, pepper, and curry in olive oil until onions are tender. 2. Put onion mixture, beans, vinegar, water and hot sauce in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place blended bean mixture in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot with veggies, bread, or crackers. |
