Use a whisk when mixing the sauce. Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk |
1 lb ground beef |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup quick-cooking oats |
1 cup water |
1 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
6 tablespoons white sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix ground beef, salt pepper, oatmeal, and milk together. 2. Form into balls. 3. Place in and oven-safe pan. 4. In a bowl, mix water ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, and sugar. 5. Pour sauce evenly over meatballs. 6. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. |
