Ingredients:
1-2 pound(s) boneless skinless chicken (thawed) cut in half |
1 cup(s) kraft original bbq sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 teaspoon(s) pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Salt and pepper each side of each piece of chicken (more or less to your liking). Place in casserole dish in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Add BBQ sauce evenly over each piece of chicken and return to oven for 30 more minutes. Voila! Perfectly baked BBQ Chicken! 2. If you like a little more flavoring to your chicken, try marinating in the BBQ sauce for 30 minutes to 1 hour in refrigerator. Add the salt and pepper and cook for 30 minutes. Add a little more BBQ sauce then cook for another 30 minutes. |
