Baked Barbecued Spareribs |

Not sure where I got this recipe from but they are the best,fall of the bone, melt in your mouth ribs I have ever tasted. Great in the winter when a barbecue isn't so readily available. Ingredients:
4 lbs pork spareribs (fresh) |
1 cup diced onion |
1 cup ketchup |
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup white vinegar |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Brown spareribs well. 2. Pour off excess fat. 3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. 4. Bake covered at 350° for approximately 2 hours, turning 2 or 3 times. 5. Remove cover. 6. Bake for 15 minutes longer. 7. Enjoy. |
