Baked Barbecue Sauce Chicken |

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs chicken pieces |
1 tablespoon margarine |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1/2 cup tomato sauce or 1/2 cup ketchup |
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Melt margarine, fry onion until softened (about 5 minutes), add remaining ingredients (except chicken)to onion and boil for 3 minutes. 3. Place skinned chicken pieces in a casserole dish, and pour sauce over. 4. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. |
