Another recipe from Kids in the Kitchen #2. It didn't list any amounts for the ingredients so I am guesstimating. You can substitute apples or pears for the bananas. Ingredients:
2 bananas |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Peel bananas and slice lengthwise. 2. Place in buttered pie plate. 3. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. 4. Dot with butter. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
