3 to 4 baby reds per person |
olive oil |
rosmerry |
thyme |
chives |
garlic |
salt & pepper |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 2. wash the babys and dry 3. remove rosemerry from it stem 4. remove thyme from it stem 5. slice garlic 6. place each baby red on a large wooden spoon, slice to the spoon so the baby red stays uncut on the bottom but fans out. 7. set on baking sheet drizzle with olive oil 8. salt and pepper 9. place a little garlic slice, rosemerry and thyme in each open fan. 10. place in oven for about 30 to 40 mi. or until done (fork tender) 11. place on a serving dish and put a spoonful sour cream on each one and sprinkle with chives. |
