A delicious and easy way to prepare fresh asparagus. Ingredients:
16 asparagus spears |
1 cooking spray |
1 salt and pepper to taste |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Rinse asparagus. Bend each spear gently and break off woody end. Place asparagus spears in a baking dish. Spray with cooking spray and salt and pepper. 2. Bake at 400 for 12 minutes. 3. Melt butter in small saucepan and brown it a little. Off the heat, add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. 4. Pour dressing over baked asparagus and serve. |
