If you love asperagus you will have to try this recipe...it is delicious! Asperagus will not be soft and mushy. Ingredients:
1 large bunch of fresh asparagus |
4 t. olive oil |
2 t. grated parmesan cheese |
salt & pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Prehat oven to 350° F 2. Line a casserole dish with aluminum foil. 3. Rinse Asparagus & snap hard ends off (approx. 1.5 - 2 in.). 4. In a single layer, lay asparagus in casserole dish. 5. Sprinkle evenly with olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt & pepper. 6. Bake in oven for ONLY 8 MINUTES. DO NOT over bake or they will come out bitter. Serve immediately. |
