Another variation for artichoke dip...yummy! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
16 ounces artichoke hearts, drained |
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, parmesan, artichokes, mozzarella, and garlic powder. 3. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 baking pan. 4. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. 5. Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately. |
