Baked Apples With Baileys Irish Cream |

Delicious apples. Best for this is Granny Smith or Cortland. Ingredients:
4 apples,cored |
1tbs walnuts or pecans,chopped |
1tbs golden or brown raisins |
2tbs sugar |
1/2tsp cinnamon |
1-2tbs butter or margarine(optional) |
1/3 to 1/2 c bailey's irish cream |
Directions:
1. After coring apples,peel off about 1 od the skin at the top of the apples. Place apples in a greased ,ovenproof dish. Combine the nuts ,raisins ,sugar and cinnamon and place a quarter of this mixture into the cavity of each apple.Dide butter or margarine into small pieces and place on each apple. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes,or until apples are somewhat tender,not mushy. Allow apples to cool for about 10 mins.before placing each on a serving plate and drizzling with Bailey's Irish Cream. |
