Baked Apple With Tangerine Cream |

The perfect fruity dessert! Ingredients:
for 2 portions |
5 red apples |
3 egg yolks |
300 g cream cheese |
3 tbsp sugar powder |
2 tbsp tangerine juice |
2 vanillas |
5 cinnamon sticks |
3 tbsp honey |
1 glass water |
Directions:
1. Cut the apples in half, remove the seeds and leave the skin. 2. Place them in a baking pan and pour on top the water, honey and cinammon sticks. 3. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes. 4. In a large bowl, put the egg yolks and the sugar powder and beat with a mixer. 5. Then add the vanilla and continue mixing. 6. Add gradually the cream cheese. Add the tangerine juice and mix well until you have a nice, smooth cream. 7. When the apples are baked, place them on a plate and top with the tangerine cream. 8. Garnish with cinnamon sticks and tangerine juice. Bon appetit! |
