Delicious and very prisentable!!! Ingredients:
for 1 portion |
1 sour apple |
10 g butter |
2 pieces of flaky pastry |
sugar powder for garnishing |
black raisins for garnishing |
for the cream |
3 egg yolks |
250 g milk |
35 g sugar |
10 g corn flour |
1 anise |
1 fresh vanilla |
1 cinnamon stick |
for the caramel sauce |
150 g sugar |
150 g milk cream |
Directions:
1. Start with the caramel sauce. In a casserole put sugar till it's caramelled. Then add the milk cream and stir for 5-10 minutes. The sauce is ready...Remove it from the heat and turn on the oven till the apple is ready. 2. Wash the apple, peel it and remove the pits with a special instrument. Put into the slightly heated oven the flaky pastry. Close the oven and put into a small form the caramel sauce and the apple. Add butter, cover with cooking foil and bake for 10 minutes at 180 C. 3. Meanwhile, the flaky pastry must have become slightly brown and crunchy. Take it out of the oven and, while the apple is being baked, make the cream. In a basin put ee yolks together with corn flour and sugar and beat everything in the mixer till it's smooth. In a pot heat the milk. When it's heated, put into it cinnamon, vanilla and anise, stirring constantly. Add the aromatized milk into the basin with the mix of other ingredients, stirring again, not to make it lumply. Then put the mixture again into the pot and put it in medium heat, till the cream is ready! 4. In a soup plate serve the cream, on top of it 1 sheet of flaky pastry, on top of it the baked apple and another sheet of pastry. Powder with the sugar powder, arrange the raisins around it and finish, pouring with the caramel sauce. 5. Bon appetite! |
