Yummy dessert with good fiber and nutrition with a little sweet if you need something to satisfy your sweet tooth. Ingredients:
1 medium apple |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1 tablespoon red wine |
Directions:
1. Core out middle of Apple. Put Brown sugar inside core. Pour red wine over apple, sprinkle with cinnamon. Wrap in foil and Bake for 1 hour for 350 degrees |
