10 minute baked apple dessert Ingredients:
1 medium apple |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1 teaspoon cold butter |
2 tablespoons sliced almonds |
1/4 cup low-fat granola |
1/2 cup frozen yogurt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Slice apple and place in small oveproof dish. 3. Combine brownsugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then dust over apple slices. 4. Grate butter over mixture. 5. Mix almonds and granola then srpinkle on top of apples. 6. Bake until apples are soft, about 8 minutes. 7. Top with frozen yogurt. |
