Wonderful chicken salad served in tostada bowls. Crunch in every bite.From First! Ingredients:
2 tsp south western seasoning |
1 lb. boneless,skinless chicken breast |
1 avocado,pitted and cubed |
1/4 c milk |
2 tbs lime juice |
2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro |
1/2 tsp each cumin and salt |
3 c mixed salad greens |
1 c halved cherry tomatoes |
1/2 c each sliced black olives and sliced red onions |
4 (6 ) tostada bowls |
Directions:
1. Heat grill. Sprinkle seasoning on chicken;place on greased grill rack. Cook 10 mins or till thermometer rads 165. Remove from grill and slice. 2. In blender, puree next 6 ingredients. Divide next 4 ingredients,chicken and dressing among tostada bowls. |
