This is a nice salad and a different variation on the standard chicken salad. I love it and hope you do as well. Enjoy Ingredients:
3/4 pound chicken breast cooked |
6 ounces dried mixed fruit |
1 cup ring macaroni cooked |
1 cup jicama cubed |
2 green onion tops sliced |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons sour cream |
1 teaspoon ground red chilies |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well then chill several hours before serving. |
