This recipe goes with Fajitas with Pico De Gallo Ingredients:
4 ripe avocados, peeled and halved |
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro |
1 serrano chile pepper, seeded and diced |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 medium tomato, diced |
garnish: serrano chile slices |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Coarsely mash with a fork. Stir in tomato. Chill 30 minutes. Garnish, if desired. 2. *You may substitute 1 small jalepeƱo pepper, seeded and diced. |
