Got this off of Captain Morgan USA's Face book page. There is no recipe like this on so I thought I'd add it. I thought I'd make a suggestion on the raw egg. There is a risk of getting sick from raw eggs. There are egg alternatives out there that are far safer. Ingredients:
2 ounces irish cream |
1/2 ounce spiced rum |
1 egg (you can substitute with a powder egg mixture or the ones that come in a container that has been thro) |
1 pinch nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Mix Irish Cream, Spiced Rum, and egg. 2. Pour into a snifter. 3. Garnish with a sprinkle of grated nutmeg. |
