IF YOU LOVE BAILEYS AND CHOCOLATE YOU WILL LOVE THESE Ingredients:
1 1/4 llb white chocolate |
3/4 cup heavy cream |
1/4 cup bailets irish cream |
1/4 cup unsalted butter softened |
sliced almonds, crushed |
confectioners sugar |
Directions:
1. COARSELE CHOP CHOCOLATE, SET ASIDE 2. COMBINE CREAM BAILEYS IN SAUCEPAN AND BRING TO A BOIL 3. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND STIR IN CHOCOLATE UNTIL MELTED 4. STIR IN BUTTER UNTOL MELTED 5. CHILL THE CHOCOLATE MIXTURE 6. SPOON OUT CHOCOLATE MIXTURE 7. SHAPE INTO 1 INCH BALLS 8. ROLL YOUR BALLS INTO INTO CRUSHED ALMONDS 9. DUST YOUR BALLS WITH SUGAR 10. KEEP YOUR BALLS REFRIGERATED UNTIL READY TO SERVE 11. EAT YOU BALLS |
