From a candy newsletter that I get, looks awsome Ingredients:
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped |
3 tablespoons heavy cream |
1 tablespoon unsalted butter |
2 egg yolks |
1/4 cup baileys irish cream |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate, Baileys and heavy cream together over very low heat. 2. Whisk in yolks, one at a time; mixture will thicken. 3. Whisk in butter. 4. Refrigerate overnight, or until firm. 5. With spoon make small balls. 6. Roll in powdered sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, sprinkles, etc. |
