Ingredients:
3 tablespoon(s) bailey's irish cream |
1/2 cup(s) butter |
2 piece(s) eggs, beaten |
2/3 cup(s) flour |
1 dash(es) salt |
2/3 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 cup(s) sugar |
3 ounce(s) unsweetened baking chocolate |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 325 2. melt unsweetened chocolate with butter in microwave and mix well - cool 3. beat sugar and eggs together - add Bailey's and cooled chocolate mixture 4. stir in flour, salt and chocolate chips 5. pour into greased and floured 8x8 baking dish 6. bake 20 minutes 7. pierce brownies with toothpick randomly - drizzle 3 T of Bailey's over brownies - then frost 8. Frosting 9. T butter, softened 10. T Bailey's 11. c. xxx sugar 12. In mixing bowl, combine Bailey's and butter. Mix well. Gradually add xxx sugar and beat until spreading consistency. |
