I found this recipe on the internet-it sounded so good! :) Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow cake mix |
3 eggs |
2/3 c. bailey's irish cream |
1/3 c. oil |
for swirl |
1 can creamy vanilla frosting |
1 pkg. white chocolate chips |
1/4 c. bailey's irish cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Prepare a jelly roll pan (about 15 x 10 x 1 ). 3. Mix cake mix with eggs, Irish Cream and oil. 4. Set aside 1/2 c. of prepared cake batter for swirl. 5. Pour cake batter into prepared pan. 6. In a small bowl, blend all swirl ingredients. 7. Drop large spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter (but not too close to the edge). 8. Swirl with a fork to make a marble effect. 9. Bake 25-30 min. 10. Cool and cut into squares. |
