Delicious Cupcakes with a subtle hint of Baileys Ingredients:
4 ounces caster sugar |
4 ounces self raising flour (sieved) |
4 ounces unsalted butter |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup bailey's irish cream |
100 g chocolate (melted) |
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven at 180°C. 2. Beat Butter and Sugar together with an electric whisk until smooth. 3. Add 1 teaspoon of flour then 1 egg and fold into the mixture. 4. Add another teaspoon of flour then the second egg and fold inches. 5. Add vanilla extract fold into mixture with a wooden spoon. 6. Add Flour and Bailey's alternately, folding into the mixture. 7. Place mixture into cake cases and cook in a pre heated oven for 20-25mins. 8. Decorate the finished cakes with melted chocolate. |
