Smooth and nutty with a hint of cinnamon, this cocktail has all the flavour of a freshly baked cookie, sans the crumbs. Ingredients:
8 ounces baileys irish cream |
8 ounces amaretto |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus additional |
ground cinnamon, for garnish |
Directions:
1. Combine the Baileys and amaretto in a small saucepan. 2. Heat over medium-low heat until warm but not hot. 3. Stir in the 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 4. Pour into martini glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve. |
