Wonderful EASY chocolate mousse with that great Bailey's flavor! Ingredients:
2 cups heavy whipping cream |
1/4 cup baileys irish cream |
1/2 cup hersheys chocolate syrup |
Directions:
1. Beat the whipping cream in a chilled large bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. 2. Pour the Bailey's and chocolate syrup over the whipped cream. Fold ingredients together until blended. 3. Spread into 9-inch pan, ungreased. 4. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours. Store in freezer. |
