This is a yummy recipe, I stumbled on and just love! Ingredients:
5 eggs |
1 1/4 cup white sugar |
1/2 tbl salt |
3/4 cup butter or margarine |
1 cup light corn syrup |
3/4 cup baileys original irish cream |
1 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
2 cup macadamia nuts |
1 x 9 inch pie shell |
Directions:
1. Cream together eggs, salt, sugar, and butter or margarine. Blend in corn syrup and liqueur. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Pour filling into pie shell. 2. Bake in a preheated 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) oven for 1 1/2 hours, or until browned. Cool. 3. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie |
