Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar |
2/3 cup(s) chile sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch |
1/8 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon |
1 (8oz) can(s) pinapple chunks (reserve juice) |
4 pork chops |
1 tablespoon(s) vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, blend reserved pineapple juice with cornstarch; stir in pineapple, chili sauce, sugar and cinnamon and set aside. 2. In large skillet lightly brown chops in oil and drain. Pour pineapple mixture over chops. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until pork is cooked throughout. |
